| Description: | Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provides excellent customer service by greeting, smiling, thanking and providing service to all customers.
Follows pricing policies on product according to requirements for profitability of store operations.
Follows sales promotion activities and prepares, or directs workers preparing, product displays and advertising copy.
May manage employee compliance with established security, sales, and recordkeeping procedures and practices.
May be responsible for ordering product to maintain stock levels.
Ability to follow and enforce all policies, procedures, and regulations including but not limited to attendance, appearance, safety, and security policies.
Knowledgeable of all legal and safety regulations regarding warehouse and store equipment and consistently abides by and enforces the regulations.
Completes department schedules based on business and customer needs to meet budget expectations.
Coordinates all activities related to procurement of a product beginning with intent to purchase through delivery.
Analyzes the requirements of the product, including preliminary specifications, preferred supplier, and date product is needed.
Supervisory Responsibilities
May carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees, planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

| Qualifications: | High School degree or GED equivalent preferred. Two years related experience preferred. |
