Description:Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provides excellent customer service by greeting, smiling, thanking and providing service to all customers.

Drives truck to deliver such items as bakery products, catering foods, floral arrangements, etc.

Records sales or deliveries information on record.

Listens and escalates customer service complaints.

Sets up product.

Collects or picks up empty containers or rejected or unsold merchandise.

Loads truck.

Issues or obtains customer signature on receipt for pickup or delivery.

Maintains cleanliness and upkeep of delivery vehicle; ensures gas tank is full.

Fills customer order by obtaining items from shelves, freezers, coolers, bins, tables, or containers.

Rotates product according to Company methods and procedures.

May prepare take-out products.

May weigh items such as salads, cheese, produce, meat and poultry to determine price.

May engage in suggestive selling methods.

May operate certain machinery such as Tortilla machines, etc.

Bags or wraps purchases for customer or for display.

Cleans shelves, bins, cases, tables and coolers.

Stamps, marks, or tags price on merchandise.

Sets up displays and stocks shelves, coolers, counter, bins, tables, freezers, containers, or trays with new product.

Maintains clean and sanitized work area.

May list products that need to be ordered.
Duties:Hours: Should have open availability.
Qualifications:Education and/or Experience
High School degree or GED equivalent preferred.
Must be at least 21 years of age due to driving of vehicle.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Candidates should have no major traffic offenses within a 5 Year MVR history, and no more than 2 moving violation within a 3 year MVR history.
Knowledge of local streets and area preferred.
Prior delivery experience preferred.
